April Dinner – Patarashca
Traditional Peruvian technique for preparing fish. Cod is dressed with tomatoes, onions, garlic, cilantro and basil and then steamed in the banana leaf -leaving it moist and full of flavour! Served with a bed of roasted vegetables.
We will start the full dinner with an appetizer of Causa Rellena (an amazing cold potato dinner filled with tomato, avocado, mayonnaise and cilantro). Wee will end with custard and Chicha Morada!
Dinner will be served as of 6pm until 9pm, Friday, April 7th.
Reservations welcome but not necessary.
Choose from the full dinner menu or just the courses you wish. Whole dinner is $30. Appetizer portion is $8.00, Main is $16.00, Dessert is $6.00.
